Pipe flashings/cable bushings

The permanent, rainwater-proof protection of roof penetrations for roof cladding parts made of various materials are among the typical roofer and plumber tasks.

Whether single-part or two-part, for aerials or power masts, mast guys or anchor screw, or for conducting solar cables through the roof, select the suitable flashing from our comprehensive product range. In addition to the common standard products with a diameter from 10 to 80 mm, we are happy to manufacture flashing for larger pipes upon request.

Pipe flashings

Lay the bottom part around the mast, push on the top part from above and then bend the fixing brackets around the top part if present. Finally, fasten the fixing brackets and top part to the substructure in a suitable manner.

Cable bushings

Properly clad the bushing with the pertinent roofing materials. After that, conduct the lines through the opening from below and press the lead sleeve onto the cable.

To seal off the transition point from the roof bushing to the mast and/or to the cable strand, we recommend the use of a self-laminating sealing tape.
