Gravel/plate limitation
RAKU gravel fillets are used to limit gravel loads on flat roofs or on the poured foundations of balconies and terraces.
Various models are available for different applications.
Oblong or round hole
All gravel fillets can be manufactured with round or oblong holes respectively. Oblong holes provide a higher passage of water, while round holes successfully screen out even fine gravel due to the smaller cross-section.
Stability
If high separations are required (100 mm and more), aluminium (1.5 mm) or steel (1.0 mm) gravel fillets should be used for stability reasons.
